Built in the late 1800’s this historic Queen Anne Victorian on a 1/2 acre lot overlooks the San Lorenzo River, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, wharf and has fantastic views of the Monterey Bay and Pacific Ocean.

Located a short walk from Seabright Beach and minutes from downtown this beautiful three bedroom, two bath home can sleep 10-12 guests. The house is ideal for families or a group of friends. The oversized dining room table is perfect for group dinners and the kitchen has ample room in which to prepare the feast. For dining al fresco, there is a gas grill and a picnic table in the private fully fenced back yard. If cooking is not for you, there are many excellent local restaurants from which to choose. You'll love the period architecture that comes with all the modern amenities.

On the main floor you will find the master suite equipped with a king size pedestal bed and full bath, a second bedroom also contains a king size bed. Another full bath, dining room, kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. The view from the bay windows in the living room may distract your attention from the big screen TV. (There are televisions in every bedroom) Upstairs you will find another bedroom equipped with a queen and a twin bed and vanity sink. In addition, the remaining portion of the second floor contains alcoves with dormer windows overlooking the Boardwalk and Monterey Bay. You will also find additional sleeping accommodations there.
